Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Officially Launched in India

The main highlight of Samsung is dual rare setup, Infinity Display, and IP68-certification for dust and water resistance, capable of withstanding immersion in up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes. Also it comes with stylus which the major highlight of ‘Note series’ since launched first. The device features same a 6.3” QHD+ (1440×2960 pixels) Super AMOLED Infinity Display with 521ppi pixel density and 18.5:9 aspect ratio.

Talking about specifications, the Samsung Galaxy runs on 7.1.1 Nougat operating system and powered by up to 2.3GHz octa-core Samsung Exynos 8895 . It offers 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card.

One of the main highlight of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 dual rare camera setup which comes with dual OIS (optical image stabilisation), the setup include a 12MP along with dual Pixel AF, and an f/1.7 aperture, and another 12MP telephoto lense with an f/2.4 aperture. The setup is capable to deliver depth of field effects like Bokeh with real-time and after the fact focus adjustment and 2X optical zoom. On the front, it sports an 8MP camera with f/1.7 aperture and autofocus.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is fueled by a 3300mAh battery with , supporting the WPC and PMA Fast Charging standards compatible with Quick Charge 2.0. Sensors on board include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, barometer, digital compass, gyroscope, heart rate sensor, iris sensor, and proximity sensor. Biometrics includes fingerprint scanner, , and an iris scanner. The device measures 162.5×74.8×8.6mm and weighs 195 grams.
