Within a couple of weeks, Bungie will release the long-awaited expansion DLC in The Witch Queen for its popular MMORPG title, Destiny 2.
With new weapons and crafting system, fans have a lot of excitement for some of the changes that the developers will introduce with the DLC.
However, The Witch Queen DLC will also bring forth some problems for players as the developers have revealed a list of weapons that won’t be available in the loot pool once the update drops on February 22.
While many of these weapons have lackluster attributes, some of them have some powerful stats and rolls that players shouldn’t miss out on.
Here are the best weapons that players should make sure to acquire before The Witch Queen DLC arrives.
Multimach CCX
The really powerful Lightweight Frame PvP Submachine Gun in the Multimach CCX will face the axe from next season’s loot pool.
It has the best range for its archetype, and PC players might want to check this out as they don’t have to worry much about its stability.
Uzume RR4 (Adept)
Many consider the Uzume RR4 to be one of the best Sniper Rifles in the game, and it’s a shame that the DLC won’t include this in the loot.
With a PvE God Roll of perks like Triple Tap/Bottomless Grief, Vorpal Weapon and Extended Mag, players will get a very powerful 7 round magazine sniper with great stats that can destroy enemies.
Igneous Hammer (Adept)
For a while the Igneous Hammer was considered to be the best Destiny 2 PvP weapon. However, following the 120 RPM Hand Cannon nerf, the weapon has fallen out of favor.
Even then, the weapon has some great stats and rolls, and if Bungie ever buffs the archetype then players should have this at their disposal.
The Time-Worn Spire
The Rapid Fire Pulse Rifle in the Time-Worn Spire can shred opponents on both PvP and PvE with their God Rolls.
It comes with amazing perks like Subsistence and One For All. So make sure to have a look at it as well.
Sola’s Scar (Adept)
One of the Trials weapon that will be out of the rotation will be the Sola’s Scar Caster Frame Sword.
It comes with great perks like Thresh and Chain Reaction, and with it, players will also have access to Adept mods like Big Ones Spec.
Shadow Price (Adept)
One of the best Auto Rifles in the Precision Frame Shadow Price won’t be available to loot in The Witch Queen DLC.
With perks like Overflow and One For All. it works well in high level content, so make sure to grab one of these with a good roll.
The Steady Hand
120 RPM Hand Cannons might come in handy on any given day. So it’s always better to have an alternative for the Igneous Hammer.
In this case, the best available option is The Steady Hand, and the Kinetic Hand Cannon has some great stability stats, and it also comes with perks like Iron Grip and Ricochet Rounds.
Hung Jury SR4 (Adept)
With Anti Barrier Scout Rifle rounds coming next season, players might want to acquire one of the best in the business in the Hung Jury SR4.
The weapon has some crazy stats, and it also comes with perks like Bottomless Grief, Explosive Payload and Rapid Hit.
The Swarm (Adept)
Another weapon that won’t make the cut will be The Swarm High-Impact Frame Machine Gun.
With perks like Bottomless Grief, Extended Mag and Vorpal weapon, players will have a one of a kind magazine that will have up to 74 ammo. So make sure to get your hands on these as well.
The Guiding Sight
Another Scout Rifle to check out before the arrival of The Witch Queen DLC is The Guiding Sight.
It doesn’t have the best of stats and it’s archetype isn’t currently a meta. However, it does have some decent perks like Iron Grip which helps with stability.
