Penta Esports Has Announced ‘Penta Pro Series’- A Riot Games’ VCT Off//Season Official Event

Valorant has gained tremendous popularity ever since it launched. It continues to receive love from both professional as well as casual players, with the title recently winning the Esports Game of the Year award at The Game Awards 2022.

Soon, players now have another Valorant tournament to look forward too, courtesy Penta Esports. Their latest IP is called ‘Penta Pro Series’. It is an official off-season tournament that will feature a prize pool worth $30,000.

The event kicks off on December 12 and 8 South-Asian Teams (6 from India, 1 from Sri Lanka and 1 from Bangladesh) will compete against each other in a double elimination format. This will go on till December 18, 2022. Check out the participating teams below:

India:

  • Velocity Gaming
  • One Chance
  • Revenant Esports
  • Gods Reign
  • Wide Swing
  • Reckoning Esport

Bangladesh:

Sri Lanka:

Out of the 8, 2 teams will qualify from the playoffs stage and will progress to the finale along with 2 more invited South Asian Teams. The 4 teams will then play in a round robin from December 21 to December 23 and then the last 2 teams will take part in the grand finale on December 24. Here are the two invited teams joining in for the finals:

  • Boom Esports from Indonesia
  • Bleed Esports from Singapore

Players can broadcast the event live on Penta Esports’ official Facebook page, YouTube, Twitch, in English while the Hindi broadcast will be done exclusively on Penta Esports’ channel on Loco.
