Reliance Jio 5G services live in Odisha: Welcome offer and other details

Reliance Jio recently launched its 5G service in Indore and Bhopal. The telecom operator has now rolled out its 5G service to another city. Union Minister of Communications, Railways, Electronics & Information Technology Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw inaugurated Jio True 5G services in Odisha.

Reliance Jio has also introduced a Jio Welcome offer for customers in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. The Jio users in Pune can now experience Unlimited Data at up to 1Gbps+ speed, at no additional costs. The company claims that with Jio True 5G, Jio users can experience speeds between 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps on their 5G-enabled smartphones.
“We are thrilled to launch Jio True 5G services in Odisha with the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. Soon, the True 5G network will expand rapidly across the length and breadth of Odisha, covering the cities of Rourkela, Berhampur, Puri, Sambalpur, and Balasore in Odisha by February 2023 and reach to every tehsil and taluk of Odisha by December 2023”, said Reliance Jio.

Reliance Jio started the beta trials for its True 5G services in October in six cities. The Reliance Jio users in Kolkata, Delhi, Varanasi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Nathdwara, Gurgaon, Nagpur, Siliguri, Chennai, Indore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack and Pune can experience 5G services in these cities.
Recently, smartphone maker Motorola entered into a partnership with Reliance Jio. The association will enable Motorola smartphone users to access True 5G connectivity on their devices after they get an invite to use 5G from Jio. Motorola 5G devices support all-India 5G bands, irrespective of price tier, so that everyone is assured of reliable connectivity. They ensure higher coverage in both urban and rural areas.
