Pokémon Account Accidentally Posts Clip with Explicit Content on TikTok

The Pokémon franchise has always been a family-friendly one, never would have anyone heard the likes of Ash and the lot using swear words. Which makes it more interesting that the official Pokémon TikTok account recently posted a clip with two people in Pikachu and Lucario costumes, dancing to an intriguing tune.

The video consists of Lucario standing in the centre of a Pokéball themed setup. Pikachu enters, dances and hops around Lucario to a remixed version of “If You’re Happy and You Know It (Clap Your Hands)” nursery rhyme, consisting of a whole bunch of swear words.

Many believe it was most likely an accident. As the lyrics go too fast in the song, the person posting it might’ve had trouble discerning the actual lyrics of the tune. The video has since then been deleted from the official account, but Josh Withey from Yahoo UK managed to screen record and post it to Twitter. Check it out below:

Many fans have also started making memes about the mishap. Everyone has taken this situation in a fun way. Check out some of the funniest comments from the thread below:
