Queen Letizia looks chic in tweed jacket and smoky eye make-up today

The Spanish royal attended the Tour de Talento event at the Feria de Valladolid today, March 14. Valladolid is a city in the northwest of Spain, just north of Madrid.

Letizia’s jacket, although similar to the jackets available at Chanel, was not by the iconic French fashion house.

It was in fact the Long Jacket with Golden Buttons by Massimo Dutti – a designer that Queen Letizia has worn much of in recent years.

Made in Portugal, the garment has four patch pockets and is lined.

It is still available to buy on Massimo Dutti’s website for £169.

The royal’s make-up was a little more maximalist than usual as she sported a heavy smoky eye, lashings of black mascara, black eyeliner, and a little bronzer.

Her lipstick seemed to match her bronzer as it was light brown.

Letizia’s dark brown locks were styled straight, and she carried a black leather clutch bag.

At the Tour de Talento event, Letizia announced the winners of the Princess of Girona Foundation Awards.

The Awards recognise young people aged 16 to 35 who have started a business that produces positive changes for society.

Princess of Girona is the title held by Letizia’s eldest daughter, Leonor, 17, who will one day become the Queen of Spain.

Leonor is currently at school in south Wales. Called the United World College of the Atlantic and located in the Vale of Glamorgan, the school fees cost a whopping £68,000 for two years.

Leonor’s sister, Infanta Sofía, 15, will also attend the boarding school later this year.
