Wavy Navy Pooh died on Friday night whilst out driving his car in Miami, according to police reports. The Quality Control star, whose real name is Shandler Beaubien, was reportedly shot and killed in a drive-by shooting with two young children in the car.
According to police, the rapper was driving a Toyota Camry at the time of the shooting.
They went on to reveal that when he stopped at an intersection, a grey four-door Lexus pulled on his side and opened fire, killing him.
The drive-by shooting happened in Kendall, Florida, a suburb of Miami.
Police said the shooter was in a four-door grey Lexus that sped away westbound on Southwest 152nd Street, according to Police spokesman Alvaro Zabaleta.

Wavy Navy Pooh’s debut album MIAMI (Murder Is A Major Issue) was released in 2020.
The titular track became a hit and the music video showed the artist with a pistol, a staged murder crime scene, and real footage of police officers at crime scenes.
The video has over 206,000 views on YouTube.
