Samsung launches new A-series and M-series phones in Europe: Specifications and other details of the phones likely to come in India soon
NEW DELHI: Samsung Galaxy A13, Galaxy A23, Galaxy M33 and Galaxy M23 smartphones are now official. Samsung has expanded its Galaxy A-series and Galaxy M-series of smartphones with the launch of Galaxy A13, Galaxy A23, Galaxy M33, and Galaxy M23 smartphones in Europe. While A-series is the company’s mid-range series, M-series is affordable.
Among similarities, the two Samsung Galaxy A-series smartphones sport a similar design and specifications and a quad-rear camera setup. In M-series phones, Samsung Galaxy M33 has quad-rear camera setup, while Galaxy M23 sports a triple rear camera setup.
Samsung Galaxy A13, Galaxy A23, Galaxy M33, and Galaxy M23 price
Samsung has not yet revealed the prices of any of the new smartphones. However, as reported by GSMArena, the Samsung Galaxy A13 was spotted on the Dutch retailer’s website at a starting price tag of EUR 190.
India launch and availability of Samsung Galaxy A13, Galaxy A23, Galaxy M33, Galaxy M23 smartphones
While there is no information about the launch of these smartphone in India, it is likely that Samsung will launch them in India soon. There is, however, no official confirmation from the South Korean smartphone maker. Both A-series and M-series phones are quite popular in India. Meanwhile Samsung is gearing up to launch a new F-series smartphone, F23 5G, in India this week.
Samsung Galaxy A13 specifications
Samsung Galaxy A13 comes with a 6.6-inch full HD+ display. The display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The smartphone runs Android 12 operating system topped with Samsung One UI 4.1. The report also adds that the smartphone is powered by Exynos 850 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy A13 sports a quad-rear camera setup with 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, 5MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture and two 2MP macro and depth cameras with f/2.4 aperture. Front is home to an 8MP selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture.
The smartphone is backed by a 5000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. The smartphone comes in Black, Blue, Peach, and White colour options.

Samsung Galaxy A23 packs up to 8GB of RAM and comes in two storage options — 64GB and 128GB. The smartphone is backed by a 5000 mAh battery and it comes with the Samsung Knox security. The handset runs Android 12 operating system topped with the company’s own One UI.
Samsung Galaxy A23 sports a 6.6-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2408 pixel resolution. The display is made scratch-resistant with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass on top.
