Sir Rod Stewart, 77, and his wife Penny Lancaster, 51, attended Cheltenham Festival 2022 today. The couple were joined by a number of famous faces at the annual horse racing meeting as the Loose Women panel member was pictured putting on an animated display with veteran jockey Frankie Dettori.

The VIP extravaganza always attracts a star-studded crowd and Rod and Penny were no exception, as the couple looked chic in their colour-co-ordinated outfits.

In candid snaps taken at the racing event, Penny could be seen greeting Frankie in a friendly embrace as the friends shared a cheeky kiss on the lips.

Another photo showed the leggy model lift, Frankie, into her arms as she picked him up off of the ground in the fun snaps.

The duo chuckled as the Loose Women favourite appeared to lift the jockey with relative ease.

In more photos taken from Day One at Cheltenham, Sir Rod could be seen getting cosy with his other half.

The pair looked very animated as they celebrated a win with Rod at one point kissing his wife’s boob.

Penny stunned as she sported brown cords, tan leather boots and a tweed jacket.

The mum-of-two completed her look with a silk scarf and obligatory shades, which were perched on top of her head.

Rocker Rod looked dapper wearing a camel-coloured coat, silk waistcoat and cream trousers.

It comes as Penny celebrated her 51st birthday at the horse racing meeting.
