NEW DELHI: Oppo has expanded its A-series of lineup with the launch of Oppo A76 and Oppo A96 smartphones. Both the Oppo smartphones are powered by Qualcomm processors and they sport the company’s Glow rear design. The duo is backed by a 5000 mAh battery and comes with fast charging support.
Price and availability
Oppo A76 comes with a price tag of Rs 17,499 and it can be purchased in Glowing Blue and Glowing Black colour options. On the other hand, the Oppo A96 is priced at Rs 19,999 and it is available on Sunset Blue and Starry Black colour options.
Both the smartphones can be purchased online from Oppo.com and offline from all the retail stores in the country.
Oppo A76 specifications
Oppo A76 comes with a 6.56-inch HD+ display with 720×1612 pixel resolution.
The display offers a 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset.
The dual SIM smartphone packs 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. Users can further expand the storage by installing a microSD card. Oppo A76 runs Android 11 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of ColorOS 11.1.
The mid-range smartphone sports a dual rear camera with 13MP main sensor and 2MP secondary sensor. The smartphone also houses an 8MP front shooter for selfies.
The smartphone comes equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and it is backed by a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.

Oppo A96 sports a 6.59-inch FHD+ LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM.
The mid-range handset offers 128GB internal storage which can be expanded by inserting a microSD card. The dual SIM smartphone runs Android 11 operating system based on ColorOS 11.1.
Oppo A96 features a dual rear camera which consists of 50MP primary sensor and 2MP secondary shooter. There’s also a 16MP front camera for selfies. The smartphone houses a 5000 mAh battery with 30W fast charging support.
