Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan reacts to the actress’ pregnancy. Says she’s overwhelmed!
Alia Bhatt took everyone by surprise today as she announced her pregnancy. This is not a drill! The actress is having her first baby with her husband Ranbir Kapoor. She shared the news in a not-so-cryptic Instagram post that has taken over the internet. Now, amidst the good wishes pouring in, her mother Soni Razdan has reacted to the happy news.
As per reports on ETimes, Soni Razan is expectedly overwhelmed with joy. Sharing her thoughts, she said, “There are some moments in life that are so moving and overwhelming in their sheer power and joy. This is one of them. We’re all overwhelmed and dancing with joy!”
He also added that bringing a child into the world is a “life-altering experience” and said that she cannot wait to be a “nani”.
Earlier today, Alia Bhatt shared a photo in which she can be seen getting an ultrasound on a hospital bed with Ranbir Kapoor by her side. She placed a heart emoji on the monitor to cover up the ultrasound and captioned the post, “Our baby ….. coming soon”
Alia Bhatt’s close friends, family and Bollywood celebs including Karan Johar, Tiger Shroff and more congratulated the couple on the big news.
To note, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor tied the knot at their home in Mumbai in April this year. The two are set to appear together in the upcoming fantasy adventure film Brahmastra.
