iQoo 10 Pro gets listed on TENAA, key specs tipped online

iQoo is planning to launch a new flagship series with two new devices and the rumours regarding the upcoming lineup have been making rounds on the internet for some time now. Earlier reports suggest that the sub-brand of the Chinese phone maker Vivo is expected to announce the iQoo 10 series in July in China, which will include two devices — theiQoo 10 and the iQoo 10 Pro smartphones. According to a new report by GizmoChina, the iQoo 10 Pro has been listed in the database of the TENAA authority of China with a model number V2218A. The TENAA listing has also revealed some key specifications (except the design) of the upcoming handset. However, another recent report that shared leaked renders of the iQOO 10 has revealed that the devices in this series (including the Pro variant) will feature a dual-tone design. Moreover, the Pro variant of the lineup can also sport a punch-hole display with curved edges.
iQoo 10 Pro expected specifications
As per the report, the TENAA listings have revealed that the Pro model in the iQoo 10 series is expected to sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that will support a Quad HD+ resolution (1440 x 3200 pixels) and an ‘ultrasonic’ in-display fingerprint scanner.
The upcoming smartphone is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, backed with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. However, the iQoo 10 Pro is expected to arrive in four different RAM and three internal storage configurations — 6GB/8GB/12GB/16GB RAM options and 128GB/256 GB/512 GB of internal storage variants.
The iQoo 10 Pro might house a triple rear camera setup that will include — a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 14.6MP telephoto lens that will support a 3x zoom.
The upcoming device is expected to be powered by a dual-cell battery that can support a capacity of 4550mAh and might become the first smartphone to support 200W wired fast charging. The report also claims that the iQoo 10 Pro is expected to offer 65W wireless charging and to run on the latest iQoo UI based on Android 12 OS.
