Sharon Osbourne, 69, cut a casual figure as she was pictured at Claridge’s Hotel in London.
The former X Factor judge looked very chic in baggy blue jeans a white t-shirt and an oversized black blazer.
She accessorised with a small black clutch bag, black sunglasses and white trainers.
Sharon was seen for the first time since welcoming her fourth grandchild.
Jack Osbourne, 36, took to Instagram to announce he was the proud father of a baby girl with his fiancée Aree Gearhart.
He penned: “I’m very happy to announce Maple Artemis Osbourne! Born 7-09-2022. 7.13lbs Aree and Maple are doing great and are happy and healthy.”
Sharon’s daughter Kelly is also currently pregnant with her first child with Slipknot’s Sid Wilson.
