The Duchess of Sussex prefers to enhance her natural features rather than cover them and has over the years, spoken out about the beauty products and non-evasive treatments she favours. 

Savaş Altan, a medical aesthetic specialist at Vera Clinic has taken look at Meghan’s skin and the possible routine she has. 

Savaş said: “The Duchess of Sussex is known for her stunning makeup looks, classy fashion sense and naturally glowing skin. 

“One of her skincare essentials is tea tree oil, which is a must-have product accessible to all thanks to its affordable price point. 

“Another bathroom cabinet staple that Meghan Markle is known to use is the sugar-advanced therapy lip treatment by Fresh, a mid-range product at £21.50 which is said to repair dry lips. 

“Meghan is also partial to a cheek and jawline massage and facial by Nichola Joss, claiming it ‘sculpts your face from the inside out.’”

Laura Mercier Pure Canvas Primer – £34

When working on Suits, Meghan used to swear by the brand’s discontinued Illuminating Primer, choosing to wear it on her days off instead of foundation. While it’s no longer available, there is a newer version which helps bring a similarly dewy finish to the skin. 

Biore Cleansing Wipes – £28

Meghan said these wipes are “great to keep in the car and on your nightstand when you have those horribly lazy nights that the thought of getting up to actually wash your face seems unbearable,” Hello! published.

An essential in her handbag, Meghan told Allure: “It’s not the most glamorous thing, but if you get a cut, a mosquito bite, a small breakout, no matter what it is, it’s my little cure-all.”

According to Refinery 29, Meghan’s former makeup artist Lydia F. Sellers said Meghan used to opt for Iconic London’s multi-use spray, applying it 10 minutes before bedtime as the final part of her beauty regime and [she] wakes up with skin that imparts luminescence”. 

Fresh Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Treatment – £21.50

During a conversation with Beauty Banter, Meghan said: “I have searched high and low and tried every kind of lip balm but this is the very best. Soft, kissable, buttery lips. I swear by it.” 

Tatcha Rice Enzyme Powder exfoliator – £60

During her conversation with Allure, The Duchess praised this exfoliator saying that it “just sort of foams on your face and gives you a really subtle exfoliation”. 

Decleor Aromessence Rose D’ Orient Soothing Oil Serum – £56

Meghan’s Suits makeup artist Min Min Ma, once said this ultra-calming, rose-infused oil serum was essential for smoothing Meghan’s skin before applying makeup. 

Caudalie Permier Cru Precious Face Oil – £52

In an interview for lifestyle blog Citiphile, Meghan said she “adored” the Caudalie boutique and said their “anti-ageing Premier Cru Elixir is a dream”. The elixir in question has since rebranded as the Premier Cru Precious Oil, but it features the same formula the Duchess once raved about.

Nichola Joss facial – £350 for 60 minutes

Talking about visiting Nichola Joss for a treatment, Meghan previously told Birchbox: “On the days I do it, my cheekbones and jawline are way more sculpted, [Nichola] basically has you sculpt your face from the inside out. I swear it works, as silly as you may feel.”
