AI reimagines Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar and others as iconic Hollywood characters

Bollywood’s biggest stars have been transformed into Hollywood icons using an artificial design algorithm. The program transformed Bollywood’s King Khan Shah Rukh Khan into Rambo and Ajay Devgn was changed into Maximus Decimus Meridius from Gladiator. Other actors who underwent a transformation in the new pictures were Akshay Kumar, Kunal Kemmu, Vir Das, and Anupam Kher.

An Indian design company that transformed celebrities like Shah Rukh and Akshay into Hollywood characters posted the outcome on Twitter. In their post, they stated, “As a fun, light lab experiment we wanted to test the power of the new Midjourney V5 by reimagining Bollywood actors as iconic Hollywood characters. Enjoy and Happy Friday!”

The first image depicts Shah Rukh Khan as Sylvester Stallone’s action hero John Rambo. This seems like an ideal fit for the actor who looks fit for the role as he gears up as a military soldier who can take on any enemy, following his performance as the Indian spy Pathaan.

Ajay Devgn as Maximus Decimus Meridius from Gladiator is up next. Though the character was made famous by Russell Crowe in the Ridley Scott movie, a brooding Ajay is a perfect fit for the AI interpretation of the Roman warrior.

Next is Kunal Khemu who is transformed into Joker from Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight. Fans generally recall Heath Ledger’s Oscar-winning portrayal of the antagonistic character from the schizophrenic comic book character, even though several actors have played the erratic figure.

The AI also developed Vir Das’ version of Bilbo Baggins from JRR Tolkien’s The Hobbit. The comedian is a perfect fit for the role of the Shire’s hobbit. In Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit series, Martin Freeman portrayed the youthful Bilbo Baggins, whereas Ian Holm portrayed the elder version in The Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Akshay Kumar’s turn as Indiana Jones from the Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) looks apt.

He’s all set to step in Harrison Ford’s shoes.

Lastly, the AI created Anupam Kher as the wise and noble Yoda from Star Wars. Frank Oz provides the voice and puppetry for the omniscient alien in the George Lucas-produced science fiction series. This reinterpretation of Yoda by Anupum Kher is cute as a button.
