Ajay Devgn helps out the hospital made in Dharavi for COVID-19 patients


Bollywood stars have come out in huge numbers to help out those in need during the coronavirus outbreak. From providing ration to making generous contributions to relief funds, celebs across the world have played an important part to fight the pandemic. The latest contribution has come from Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn who has made a generous donation for the 200-bed field hospital in Dharavi, which was built in 15 daysand will open today. The actor has paid for the hospital’s oxygen cylinders and portable ventilators. The contribution is said to be made through Ajay’s production house, Ajay Devgn Films Foundation (ADFF). BMC officials have said that the production house had earlier provided ration kits for 700 families in Dharavi.

According to a daily, Kiran Dighavkar, assistant municipal commissioner of G-North ward said, “We told him we needed oxygen cylinders for all 200 beds and two portable ventilators. He readily agreed to pay for them. Ajay, however, has not opened up about his contribution yet. “Kudos to you Ajay!
