Shah Rukh Khan has repeatedly stated that his son Aryan Khan does not want to be an actor and instead wants to be a director. Previously, a media report revealed that Aryan has been developing a number of ideas that have the potential to become web series or feature films. According to a leading news portal, Aryan recently did a test shoot for a web series at a Mumbai studio and will also be directing the project.
Furthermore, the test shoot reportedly took place on Friday and Saturday, with the young filmmaker taking “complete charge” of the project. According to reports, Aryan wanted everyone to get together in order to prepare himself and the crew, as this would also help everyone gain an understanding of the project before the shoot began. “Besides writing the project, Aryan will also be directing it. He had taken complete charge of the test shoot that took place on Friday and Saturday. As a part of his and the crew’s prep, Aryan wanted to bring everyone together and understand the project before they actually start shooting for it”, according to a source.
According to the report, Maska actor Prit Kamani was also spotted on the set, though it has not been confirmed whether he will appear in the project or not. Furthermore, according to the report, Aryan is “very passionate” about his untitled show and “has already begun work on the pre-production.” The report says that the actual shooting dates will be finalised soon.
Meanwhile, Aryan Khan’s sister Suhana Khan is set to make her Bollywood debut as an actress in Zoya Akhtar’s project based on the popular Archie comics. Janhvi Kapoor’s sister Khushi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda also appear in the upcoming project.
