Ford and Dick Johnson Racing have taken the covers off the new car Ford teams will compete in next year’s Supercars Championship.
The Mustang has had a facelift since the Gen3 cars were first unveiled at last year’s Bathurst 1000.
Ford legend Dick Johnson will be given the honours of driving it around Mount Panorama for the first time.

“I’ve seen the amount of work that’s gone into this,” Johnson said.
“They’ve put in a lot of hours, and I’m sure it will be absolutely perfect when it rolls out.”
The new Mustang will be run next year by DJR, Tickford Racing, Grove Racing and Blanchard Racing.
In a major coup for the brand, Walkinshaw Andretti United – who until the end of the 2016 season ran as the factory Holden squad, will run Mustangs as well.
