TCL, the company behind the BlackBerry smartphones is gradually increasing the availability of BlackBerry KEYone Black Edition to more countries around the world. The smarphone is now entered in Australia, where it is currently available through JB Hi-Fi retailer.
The smartphone is available with the price tag of AUD 899 ($695 / Rs. 45000 approx.) and the shipments begin within 3 days of placing order.
Blackberry kEYone is already available in various markets like Singapore, Canada, UK, and India, and will soon arrive in other key markets across Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia.
To recall, the Blackberry KEYone has a 12MP rear camera with a Sony IMX378 sensor and features an f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, EIS, and dual-tone LED flash. On the front, it bears an 8MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture and an 84-degree wide-angle lens. The smartphone is powered by a 3505mAh non-removable battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support along with a ‘Boost’ charging feature which is said to charge the smartphone from zero to 50 percent in just 30 minutes.
Connectivity options of Blackberry KEYone include dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) Wi-Fi 802.11ac, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth v4.2, FM radio, USB Type-C (3.1), and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on board the smartphone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, gyroscope, and a proximity sensor. It measures 149.3×72.5×9.4mm, and weighs 180 grams.
