Blind Andrea Bocelli rides horse through Central Park five years after brutal fall | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV
Andrea and his wife, Veronica, 39, majestically galloped through Central Park atop their white and black horses, even reaching out to each other and holding hands for a moment.
The Italian opera singer, who tragically became blind when he was just 12, learned to ride horses years before losing his sight.
Previously he told the Daily Mail he had a “very careful guardian angel” adding: “Every day I take risks with my life. With the bicycle, with the horses, in the sea, everywhere.”
In 2017, Andrea was riding horseback in his native Italy when he suffered a nasty fall.
The star was airlifted to hospital but he soon reassured his adoring public that it was a “trivial fall” and he was fine.
