Domestic audio products maker Boat has launched its ‘Boat Hearables App’ for its audio devices. The app will enable users to connect and sync their Boat devices with their mobile phones. Among other features, the app comes with a self-diagnostics mode.
How will the app help Boat users?
As claimed by the company, this latest app can fix issues with Bluetooth connectivity, mic status, speaker status, and battery-related information on Boat devices with a single click. Additionally, the app provides a way to modify the wearable button settings and download over-the-air software updates.
Boat Hearables App availability
Boat users can download the Hearables app from the Google Play Store and sync it with their wireless audio devices. On the other hand, its iOS version will also be available in the coming months. However, only the Rockerz 330 Pro and Rockerz 333 Pro neckband earphones currently support the app’s Self-Diagnostics Mode.
Upgrades and more features coming
Boat said that it will assist users in the early stages of the app’s launch with setting up and configuring their wearables as well as troubleshooting any issues they run into. There are a slew of upgrades that are currently under development, including compatibility for all of their older and newest personal audio devices. These will be rolled out in coming months.
In the second stage of the programme, Boat will also include custom EQ settings, integrated streaming services, an HD Audio Personalizer and more settings.
