Borosil has expanded its product portfolio in India. The company has launched its first room heater in the country. Dubbed as Volcano, it is an oil filled radiator (OFR) room heater featuring a unique-S shape fin design with advanced safety features.
Borosil Volcano is priced at Rs 15,990. It will be available online at the company’s official website along with Amazon. The room heater can also be purchased via offline retail stores across the country.
The Volcano OFR room heater comes with a S-shape fin design. It will be available in variations of 9/11/13 fins that can heat small to large spaces efficiently. The heater will come with an in-built PTC fan heater that helps to disseminate the heat throughout every corner of the room.
It will be equipped with three heat settings and an adjustable thermostat to customise the temperature according to the heating needs. The device is said to offer a noiseless experience.
The OFR room heater is said to come with advanced safety features. These include a cord winder, manual reset thermal cut out, auto reset thermal cut out and an in-built tilt switch to cancel operation in case of incorrect installation.
