Cannes 2022: Deepika Padukone makes stunning first appearance as she attends jury dinner
Cannes Film Festival is one of the most prestigious global film events. This year, Bollywood star Deepika Padukone is making India proud as she’s a part of the film festival’s competition jury alongside some of the finest filmmakers and actors in the world. The actress had now made her first appearance at the jury dinner on Monday at Hotel Martinez in Cannes. Luckily for us, pictures of Padukone from the dinner have surfaced online.
For her first appearance at the 75th Cannes Film Festival, Deepika Padukone wore a gorgeous sequined mini dress from Louis Vuitton. The actress paired the elegant look with brown boots. She wore her hair in waves and looked stunning as usual. Check out the pictures here:

At the 2022 Cannes Film Festival, Deepika Padukone joins the competition jury that will present the prestigious Palme d’Or honours. The jury pool is led by French star Vincent Lindon and comprises Rebecca Hall, Joachim Trier, Jeff Nichols, Noomi Rapace, Asghar Farhadi, Jasmine Trinca and Ladj Ly. Deepika Padukone is set to grace the red carpet on all days of the film festival.
In an earlier press statement, the Cannes Film Festival described her as a “huge star” listing her many achievements. On the acting front, Padukone was last seen in Gehraiyaan and is attached to star in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan.
