Earlier this month, she shed light on her prosthetic skating leg and praised the “amazing” technology when speaking to the MailOnline.
Opening up, she said: “It’s been amazing. I’m so fortunate that my whole life, I have had access and funds… prosthetic technology is amazing.
“I mean, I have woken up every day and always felt like I could do anything I wanted to do because I have the legs to do it.
“I have a walking leg, a running leg, a high-heel leg, I have a skating leg.”
Stef is a track and field Paralympian who competes for Great Britain, competing mainly in category T44 long jump and sprint events.
A multiple medal winner at European and world level, she won a bronze medal in the 200m at the 2008 Summer Paralympics.
She also won silver in the long jump at the 2012 Summer Paralympics.
In terms of reality TV, Stef was a semi finalist on Celebrity MasterChef in 2018.
