Beneath her coat, she dazzled in a black leather zip-up dress, which skimmed her thighs, leaving her legs bare and exposed to the gruelling weather.
Fortunately, an aide was on hand from the moment she stepped out of the car to hold an umbrella above her head.
The star also accessorised her look with retro style white heels and sunglasses.
She showed up with her fiance Norman Reedus, who paired an all-black outfit with Nike trainers as they prepared to promote her latest film Marlowe.
