The original development team of the Earthworm Jim game are planning to work together for the new-generation of Earthworm Jim game. Yes, it is happening!

The members of the original team have come forward to share some information about the new edition of the Earthworm Jim game. This game will be released exclusively for the new Intellivision Console. This console will be launched on Oct. 10, 2020.

If we talk about the original game, the Earthworm Jim game was originally launched in the year 1994 for the Sega Genesis. It was a huge success across the globe as people liked its gameplay. The game was made available for other consoles after its domestic success in the gaming industry.

Moving on to the new edition, the entire development of the new edition will be handled by the original development team of the Earthworm Jim game. Yes, they are teaming up again to bring back the popular game for the new generation of gaming consoles.

They have come up with an interesting idea to start the development of this game. The team has held an event to kickstart the development of this game and people will be able to live simulcast this event on May 4 at 12 p.m. PT.

If we talk about the development team, Earthworm Jim creator Doug TenNapel, the game’s designer David Perry and artist Nick Bruty will be the core team members for developing this game. Intellivision Entertainment has also released an official press-note regarding this event and the future planning of the development team about the game and its availability for other consoles.
