The demand outlook continues to remain strong in the medium term. The sector is heading into seasonal weakness, and profitability is likely to bottom out in Q2.

CLSA on Eicher Motors: Buy| Target Rs 4154
CLSA maintained a buy rating on Eicher Motors with a target price of Rs 4154. The stock closed at Rs 3363 on 22 August.

The company is seeing a strong replacement demand which is likely to support Royal Enfield’s volume growth, CLSA said.

“Exports are likely to be a key growth area. Royal Enfield’s EBITDA per vehicle is poised to climb higher,” said the note.

Goldman Sachs on Gland Pharma: Buy| Target Rs 2830
Goldman Sachs initiated a buy rating on Gland Pharma with a target price of Rs 2830. The stock closed at Rs 2370 on 22 August.

Gland Pharma is a leading global player. The global investment bank expects a rebound in FY24E, with a 27% topline growth.

EBITDA margins to remain largely stable between FY22 and FY24E, said the note.
