The couple Instagrammed the picture (below) and simply captioned it: “About us.” The Chelsea goalkeeper received congratulatory messages from his teammates at club and international level. David De Gea replied with a red heart emoji.

Kai Havertz wrote: “Oh Kepinho,” along with a heart eyes emoji, to which Jorginho replied: “Kepinhaaa papi.” Marcos Alonso joined in with many heart-eye emojis, while Tottenham and Spain star Sergio Reguilon replied with a shocked face emoji. Martinez represented Spain at the Miss Universe 2020, but missed out on the crown. Meanwhile, Arrizabalaga’s form saw a dip in 2020 after he split from Andrea Perez.
