TL;DR

  • Apparent Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra specs have appeared online via a trusted news outlet.
  • The specs also point to a storage upgrade for the cheapest model.

A trusted news outlet posted a comprehensive rundown of Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus specs earlier today, leaving little to the imagination. We didn’t have to wait long for the Galaxy S23 Ultra specs though, as the same source has posted a full list of specs.

German tech news outlet WinFuture has posted a rundown of Galaxy S23 Ultra specs, corroborating some previously leaked specs and revealing all-new details as well.

For starters, the outlet corroborated earlier claims of a 3.36GHz Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, 8GB to 12GB of RAM, a 6.8-inch 3,088 x 1,440 120Hz OLED screen (capable of dropping down to 1Hz), and a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired charging.

Galaxy S23 Ultra: What else to know?

WinFuture also clarified storage-related details, saying the phone offers 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of fixed storage. This would be an upgrade over the S22 Ultra, which started at 128GB of internal storage.

Switching to the cameras, the outlet asserted that the S23 Ultra indeed packs a 200MP main camera, 12MP ultrawide shooter, and a pair of 10MP telephoto cameras (3x and 10x). The phone is said to offer 8K/30fps recording and 4K/60fps support, but no 4K/120fps capabilities. Otherwise, it’s believed that a 12MP camera with autofocus is available up-front for selfies and video calls.

Other notable features include Bluetooth 5.3, Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for the screen, an in-display fingerprint sensor, IP68 rating, wireless charging support, and Wi-Fi 6E.

Samsung is holding an Unpacked event on February 1, so we’re expecting to see the full Galaxy S23 series reveal on the day. In the meantime, you can reserve your Galaxy S23 device via the button below.
