Google is finally making the Gmail Confidential Mode available for the G Suite users from the next month. You might have already used the Gmail confidential mode as this feature has been made available first to the Personal user accounts by Google in the mid-2018. Now, after a long time span, this confidential mode will be available for the G Suite users who actually need this feature.

Actually, this feature is basically made for the business and enterprise who actually needs this feature to add next level security to their emails. However, this was surprising that Google made this feature first available to the personal account instead of G Suite users.

For those who are unaware of the Gmail Confidential Mode, it enables three distinct related features, the most basic of which is that emails sent this way can’t be forwarded, copied, or downloaded. You can also set expiration dates and even delete emails, almost like instant messaging systems.

In addition, the confidential mode allows you to employ something like two-factor authentication and lock down emails. Recipients will have to key in a verification code sent to their phone via SMS. This adds extra level security to the emails to be read or executed.

Now, all of these features will be coming for the G Suite users which will be rolling out completely by the next month.
