The excitement for the sequel to 2018 Game of the Year winner God of War continues to build, as the title is around a month away from release.
With Santa Monica Studio returning to the Norse realm, fans are hyped about seeing the return of the Greek God of War Kratos and his son Atreus, as they continue their adventure, which will be filled with all kinds of threats.
God of War Ragnarok will release on November 9 on the PS5 and PS4. However, PlayStation console users will be able to pre-load the title a week early on November 2, so fans won’t have to waste any time and play the game as soon as the clock strikes midnight.

Moreover, it has also been revealed that the review embargo for the title will also end on November 2, which suggests that the developers at Santa Monica Studio are confident about the media giving out a positive word of mouth to God of War Ragnarok, days before itson the PS4 and PS5.
So far, the developers have revealed tidbits about the game through trailers and teases through the developer’s social media accounts. With new combat options and environments to traverse, it seems like fans won’t have to worry about any rumors that suggested the sequel to be a ‘glorified DLC.’
