How to split bill using Google Pay
- Open the Google Pay app on your phone.
- Head to pay the bill by tapping on the scanner option or the New Payment option.
- Then, tap on the Split the bill option available in the bottom left corner.
- Create a group by tapping on the contacts you want to split the bill with and naming it.
- Once the group is created, tap on the Split an expense button available in the bottom.
- Enter the amount that has to be paid.
- You can also select custom contacts from the group that can pay for the bill.
- After that, tap on the Send Request button to send your payment request to your selected contacts.
After the request has been sent, you can also check the status of the payment.
How to split bill using Paytm
- Open the Paytm app .
- Go to the
Conversations page by tapping on the message box icon available in the top right corner. - Then, select the Split bill option available at the bottom.
- Enter the amount that has to be paid.
- After that, select your contacts with whom you want to share the bill.
- Tap on the Continue button available in the top right corner.
- On the following page, you can select the Auto-split equally checkbox or manually adjust how much each member will pay before sending the request.
- Hit the Send button.
How to split bill using PhonePe
- Open the PhonePe app on your mobile device.
- On the main screen of the app, select the Split bill option.
- Then, enter the amount that you need to pay.
- Select your contacts.
- Hit the Send request button.
