NEW DELHI: Lava X2 entry-level smartphone is here. Lava has expanded its smartphone lineup with the launch of Lava X2. Priced under Rs 10,000 the smartphone sports an HD+ display and comes equipped with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek processor and is backed by a 5000 mAh battery.
Price and availability
Lava X2 comes with a price tag of Rs 6,999 and it is available to pre-order on Amazon India website. The customers pre-booking the Lava X2 can avail a discount of Rs 400 and can get the smartphone for Rs 6,599. The pre-booking will go on till March 11. Customers can purchase the smartphone in Blue and Cyan colour options. Apart from Amazon, customers can also purchase the smartphone from the Lava e-store.
At this price point, the smartphone will face competition from the Tecno Pop 5 LTE. The smartphone is priced at Rs 6,799 and it sports a 6.5-inch HD+ display. The entry-level smartphone packs 5000 mAh battery and 8MP dual rear camera.
Lava X2 specifications
Lava X2 features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone packs 32GB internal storage which can be expanded further by adding a microSD card.
The dual SIM smartphone runs Android operating system and is backed by a 5000 mAh battery.
Lava X2 sports a dual rear camera with 8MP main sensor and a 5MP front shooter for selfies.
