Love and Thunder Fans Speculate That Beta Ray Bill Might Also Appear Alongside Jane Foster in the Movie
The Thor: Love and Thunder teaser gave fans the new Marvel content that they have desperately asked for. While the trailer gave fans glimpses at new and returning characters, it does however not include Christian Bale’s Gorr the God Butcher.
Thor’s newest foe is probably his toughest, and in the comics, the Gorr definitely gave him a run for his money. In Jason Aaron and Esad Ribic’s run with the character during the God Butcher saga, it took three different versions of Thor for Gorr to finally be defeated. The three versions included the young, present and old King Thor.

In the upcoming movie, Thor will have some help in the form of Jane Foster, who returns to the franchise with a new mantle in Mighty Thor. However, that might still not be enough, and according to fans, we might see the introduction of a third mysterious character, which might very likely be Beta Ray Bill.
It took 3 versions of Thor to beat Gorr.

In the comics, Beta Ray Bill is one of the few characters, who has wielded both the Mjolnir and Stormbreaker, and fans believe that Marvel might be hiding the character in plain sight, as seen by the amount of open space between characters in certain shots of the trailer.
With Beta Ray Bill, Mighty Thor and Thor teaming up to fight, Gorr the God Butcher will have his work cut for him, and fans definitely want to see mammoth battle take place in the movie, when it releases on July 8.
