Maisie Smith, 21, began dating Max George, 34, grew close on the Strictly live tour and went public with their relationship earlier this year. The pair continue to gush over each other on social media after Maisie was spotted with a ring on her wedding finger, but the former EastEnders actress seemed to put an end to the rumours on a recent shopping trip.

Maisie regularly posts pictures of herself on Instagram, in view of her one million followers, with her biggest supporter Max always leaving compliments.

The actress posted three snaps this week of herself sipping on a smoothie in casual wear, including ear muffs, a puffer coat and grey sweat shorts.

Maisie sat with her leg up, showing off her toned pins, while also posing differently in each snap, leaving the caption: “Smoothie criminal.”

Max was one of the first to compliment his partner, leaving the message: “My little princess… love you x.”

This comes as the pair fuelled engagement rumours after Maisie was seen with a band on her wedding finger during a romantic getaway last month.

The pair were sat on an open-top bus as the soap star posed with her arm affectionately draped over his shoulder.

Maisie was beaming as she posed wearing large shades and a leopard print fitted dress, while Max went more casual in a white polo and fitted trousers.

However, Maisie quashed engagement rumours last week when she was pictured without a ring at a newsagent in Wimbledon.

After Maisie posted a TikTok, leaving fans believing the pair had split, Ulrika called her “self-indulgent and attention-seeking”.

She wrote: “WHAT is the self-indulgent nonsense that possesses people to film themselves crying on social media?

“Surely, sadness, mourning, personal trauma or grieving is something private – not something you milk?”

She continued to say that Maisie’s post was “insulting”, as it caused her audience genuine concern.
