Mobile Downloads Hit 500 Million Since Launch


Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Mobile has hit 500 million downloads since its launch in October 2019. As reported by Gamespot, Activision revealed during its earnings call that the game has been pretty lucrative for the company.

The company shared that Call of Duty: Mobile has made over $1 billion from in-game transactions so far. Activision has also said that free Call of Duty titles like Call of Duty: Mobile and Warzone have “transformed the franchise.” Call of Duty: Mobile has shown growth in reach, engagement, and player investment during Q1. Its launch in China and enhancements in other regions have contributed to the growth of Call of Duty: Mobile.

Call of Duty: Mobile has recently kicked off season 3, Tokyo Escape. Season 3 brings new multiplayer modes, maps, battle royale class, and an event.
