Lenovo’s owned brand Motorola has launched the Moto Green Pomelo Smartphone in China. The smartphone comes with the price tag of 1599 (Rs. 15,699 approx.) and is available in Rose Gold and Cool Black options. Notably the smartphone offers similar specifications as as of Moto G5S but it has a Pomelo fruit logo at the bottom of the rear plate.
The Moto Green Pomelo runs Android 7.1 Nougat operating system and sports a 5.2” full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display. The smartphone is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. It offers 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.
In terms of photography, the Moto Green Pomelo sports a 16MP rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture along with improve phase detection autofocus (PDAF) and LED flash. On the front, there is a 5MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture along with wide-angle lens and LED flash support.
Connectivity options include dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE connectivity, Micro-USB, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, and 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on board include proximity sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor.
The smartphone is fueled by a 3000mAh battery which comes with a TurboPower feature, company claims that it will provides 5 hours of power with just 15 minutes of charging.
