Mumbai Cricket Association’s (MCA) elections, scheduled for September 28, may get a new date after a few members raised an issue about the voters’ eligibility list at the Annual General Meeting at the Wankhede Stadium on Tuesday.

“That process [to decide the list of eligible voters] will be done by an election officer. He will define the voters list,” MCA secretary Sanjay Naik told mid-day after the marathon four-hour meeting that was also attended by former MCA presidents, Sharad Pawar and Ashish Shelar, among others.
