The demo will reportedly weigh in at around 10GB on PSN. Sadly, there’s no concrete release date for the demo yet. We also have a look at the controls for the Resident Evil Village Gameplay Demo, as you can see below.

As its name might imply, the Resident Evil Village Gameplay Demo will have a focus on the core gameplay of the upcoming game. This is in contrast to the previously-released PS5-exclusive Maiden demo, which was meant to be a showcase for the graphics and atmosphere of Resident Evil Village.

Reports have been popping up over Resident Evil Village’s download size on PS5, which are rumoured to weigh in at 27.325GB. This is almost half the size of the Xbox version of Resident Evil Village, which was revealed to be around 50GB through a listing on the Microsoft Store. The differences could likely be chalked up to the game needing to reserve space for future updates and DLC.

Pre-orders for Resident Evil Village went live in India back in February. Physical copies of the PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One and PS4 versions can be pre-ordered from retailer Games the Shop. There is no word on whether PC will get a physical release in India.
