  3. Don’t just eat all of it because it’s in front of you. She told me that if you dislike croissants and donuts at breakfast, you don’t have to eat them just because it’s available.
  4. Kapoor advised you to include protein-rich foods that will help to slow down your digestion and keep you healthy.
  5. Eat slowly and enjoy the flavours. While eating, you should pause and check in with the hunger signals.
  6. There will always be another meal in option, one good meal which doesn’t mean success and the other not perfect meal which doesn’t mean failure.
  7. She concluded the caption by giving a bonus tip which read “Eat slowly so your brain can recognize when it is full rather than stuffed. Also, be deliberate about your meal selections by avoiding taking a little bit of everything and instead loading up on healthy food options first.”
