Oppo has recently teased on its Twitter account showing the company’s first smartphone to come with an in-display selfie camera. According to the new concept, the company hides the selfie camera under the display in addition to the other sensors onboard. The new camera stays hidden while the phone is being used usually, i.e., across the UI, but the camera becomes active whenever needed.
Now, the company released a new teaser image and reveals the official launch date of this new phone, which is scheduled for the last week of this month. Prior to this, OPPO showcased the under-display camera technology in a device which was actually a prototype. And now, the teaser image indicates a completely new under-display front facing camera.
