Prince Harry could get a hair replacement system but Prince William is too far gone

Hair loss is something that both Prince William and Prince Harry have dealt with, Prince William a little earlier and more so. Hair expert and stylist Inanch spoke exclusively to Express.co.uk about treatments for male pattern baldness and what would work for the brothers.

Prince William and Harry are very handsome, and always look dapper and smart when they are spotted out in public.

However, another thing the brothers have in common is that neither has a full head of hair.

According to Circle Health Group, about two thirds of men are either bald or have a balding pattern by the age of 60.

In 2006, William attended a World Cup football match in Germany and his hair had started to notably thin.

In 2020, hair transplant surgeon Dr Asim Shahmalak told Crown Clinic: “Prince Harry is now experiencing the aggressive hair loss that his older brother William went through in his 20s.”

Hair expert Inanch shared with Express.co.uk what men can do if they are facing the same issues as the royal brothers – and what Harry and William could do themselves.

She said: “There are fibres than can be applied in the early stages to cover up but as it gets worse I feel it looks bad like that.”

So how would the expert recommend combatting this common male issue?

Inanch claimed: “Harry could have that but William would be too obvious now.”

A hair replacement system is a non-surgical hair restoration procedure where human or synthetic hair is added to a thin base or foundation.

Both brothers have spoken in jest about their hair loss. In 2017, William shook hands with two hairdressers, joking “I don’t have much hair, I can’t give you much business”.

His younger brother Harry claimed that he was “doomed” when it comes to losing his hair.
