Chinese smartphone maker Realme launched the Realme 10 Pro 5G and the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G for the Indian market last month. The company is now set to expand its smartphone portfolio with another new product — the Realme 10 4G. Realme has confirmed the launch date of the new phone and has also extended official media invites to the digital event. The launch event will be held on January 09 (Monday) at 12:30 pm. Realme has also confirmed that the event will be live-streamed on YouTube, Facebook and other social media channels. The company has confirmed a few key highlights of the upcoming phone and is expected to share more details at the launch event. Realme 10 4G: What we know so far
Realme has confirmed that the upcoming phone will feature an AMOLED display and will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset. The company explains that the MediaTek mobile platform is a gaming processor and has also said that the smartphone will support SuperDart charging.
The company has teased that the Realme 10 will have a ‘light particle design’ and will weigh 178 grams. The Helio processor will be backed by up to 8GB RAM and 8GB virtual RAM.
Realme 10 4G: Expected specifications
Rumours suggest that the Realme 10 will house a dual rear camera setup that will include a 50MP main camera and a 2MP secondary unit. For selfies and video calls, the phone will feature a 16MP front sensor.

Realme 10 is also likely to pack a 5,000mAh battery unit that will support USB Type-C charging and 33W VOOC fast charging support. The smartphone is expected to boot Realme UI 4.0 based on the Android 13 operating system. Realme has already confirmed that the Android 13 update is already available for phones including Realme GT Neo 3T and Realme Narzo 50 Pro.
