Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s reaction to a tweet claiming she’s lost her charm and glow wins hearts
Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been making headlines for her upcoming film Shaakuntalam. After pictures from the period drama’s trailer launch event emerged, a Twitter handle posted an insensitive remark about her health condition (the actress has been diagnosed with Myositis) to which Samantha left a reply that has won over the internet.
The tweet in question read, “Feeling sad for Samantha. She lost all her charm and glow. When everyone thought she came out of divorce strongly and her professional life is seeing heights, myositis hit her badly, making her weak again.”
The actress replied, “I pray you never have to go through months of treatment and medication like I did. And here’s some love from me to add to your glow,” with a heart emoji. Her wholesome reply has netizens hailing her for her kindness and grace.

At the trailer launch event of Shaakuntalam, Samantha looked lovely in a white saree. She later thanked fans for their support.
Samantha was last seen in Yashoda. Apart from Shaakuntalam, she is also set to star in the Indian instalment of the Russo Brothers’ Citadel.
Shaakuntalam is set to release on February 17 this year.
