Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra: Samsung unveils Galaxy S22 Ultra 1TB memory variant, reveals offers for buyers

Samsung has announced Galaxy S22 Ultra’s 1TB memory variant for which an exclusive sale event will be held on Samsung Live, the South Korean tech giant’s own e-commerce platform. Consumers can purchase the new model during the live event on March 28 at 6 PM on Samsung.com. Galaxy S22 Ultra 1TB variant is priced at Rs 1,34,999 and will be exclusively available on Samsung E-store.
Customers purchasing the latest Galaxy S22 1TB variant during the live sale event will get Galaxy Watch 4 at Rs 2,999. Additionally, Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series customers will get an upgrade bonus of Rs 8,000 while other device holders will get an upgrade bonus of Rs 5,000 on purchase of Galaxy S22 Ultra 1TB edition.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra features a 6.8-inch, Dynamic AMOLED 2X display that produces peak brightness of 1,750nits. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is equipped with Vision Booster technology that enables their screen to intelligently adjust brightness throughout the day. It comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate in Game mode.
The premium smartphone is powered by the latest 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Mobile processor coupled with 12GB RAM (the 1TB variant). On the camera front, the Galaxy S22 Ultra comes equipped with a quad rear camera setup. The rear camera system consists of a 108MP f/1.8 wide camera, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor and two 10MP telephoto sensors with 3X and 10X optical zoom respectively. The camera setup is also equipped with a new feature called Adaptive Pixel that combines one large pixel by combining image details from the 108MP sensor using the process called ‘Pixel binning’. For selfies, the smartphone features a 40MP f/2.2 sensor at the front.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra is built with a 2.4um pixel sensor which is Samsung’s largest pixel sensor ever. It comes with a Super Clear Glass lens to help you make smoother and clearer nighttime videos without flares. The zooming capabilities of the camera can get you 100x closer to the action. The phone is backed by a 5000mAh battery with up to 45W wired/15W wireless charging support.
