Alongside Galaxy Note 9, Samsung also has a bunch of new devices ready to unveil in coming weeks. They include Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Tab S4 and more. Among these, the Galaxy Tab S4 is expected to announce at the upcoming Unpacked event on August 9 in NYC.
Ahead of the official launch, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 has been leaked in a hands-on video showing front and rear panel of the device. From the leaked video, we can see that the Galaxy Tab S4 will be arriving in Black and Gray color variants. And has no physical home button which is available on the predecessor Galaxy Tab S3. The Galaxy Tab S4 does not feature a fingerprint scanner as well. It is expected to feature iris scanner and Intelligent Scan technology for authentication.
From previous leaks, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 will be running on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system and sports a 10.5” Quad HD (2560 x 1600 pixels) Super AMOLED display. The tablet will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. It will offer 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
For photography, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front shooter for selfies and video calls. The device will be fuelled by a 7,300mAh battery. The Galaxy Tab S4 would also be able to hook up to a monitor via its USB-C port for a DeX-kind of experience and will have support for S-Pen although it will be different from the one used in the Galaxy Note 9.
