Samsung Started Rolling out Android Pie on Galaxy S9/S9 Plus in Europe

0

Samsung, one of the major Smart Phone manufacturer has started rolling out Android Pie on its Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus in the German region reported by SamMobile. However, some peoples are claiming on Twitter and Reddit that it’s also available in the Netherlands and Slovakia. Samsung was testing Android Pie beta version from the past few months and declared that they will be releasing the stable version in January 2019. But this time Samsung has released their beta version before the announced date and that’s a great work by them.

Although if we compare other Global Manufacturers like Nokia, One Plus and HTC etc. and look up at the previous records, they are far ahead from Samsung in terms of rolling out updates of Android for their Smartphone models. For instance, Samsung updated their S8 models with Android Oreo after seven months of its actual release. The same delay was repeated while updating their S7 with Android Nougat. So, the previous records of Samsung are not good enough in comparison to other manufacturers.

However, this time Samsung has speeded up his update service and rolled out Android Pie before their expected date. Not only that but also this new update has also a new and fresh Samsung’s One UI to enhance the user experience on S9 and S9 Plus over Android Pie. It has also fixed some bugs and has some improvements too. So, overall this is going to be a heavy update for S9 and S9 Plus.

So, if you are residing in these regions you can check for the Software update by moving to the Setting>>Software Update section, and if available you can download and install Android Pie on your Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus and can enjoy this Christmas with your Samsung S9 with new and fresh One UI.
