The bookings have started for the premium SUV which hosts a 2.0 TSI turbo engine. Skoda has stopped making diesel cars after transition to BS VI emission norms.
The Kodiaq comes in three variants — Style, Sportline and the top spec L&K.
Skoda’s director Zac Hollis took to Twitter to announce the launch. “We are delighted to bring in #ŠKODAKODIAQ with a fresh new design language and a more powerful yet efficient new 2.0 TSI engine, for all the SUV enthusiasts in India. The KODIAQ is a big success across all markets it is present in. Enjoy the powerful and adventurous all-rounder!”
