After a lot of teasing, the full-length trailer of Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar is out. Starring Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor, the film is a highly anticipated Luv Ranjan directorial.
The trailer of Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar opens with Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor’s characters sitting on a beach. We then see Ranbir Kapoor dropping a Pyaar Ka Punchnama-style monologue. We then see Ranbir and Shraddha’s banter as they run into each other and begin to fall in love. The clip puts its lead pair’s chemistry on full display.

The film’s official synopsis reads, “Madness ensues when a ‘Player’ in the world of romantic relationships finds a girl who’s a worthy opponent. Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar is a film that believes Love is a battle of wits. Let the love games begin.”
Ahead of the trailer’s launch, Shraddha Kapoor teased fans with her reaction to the trailer and it’s safe to say it’s quite accurate.
Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar marks Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor’s first onscreen collaboration. The film is a rom-com which is written by Ranjan and Rahul Mody and produced by Luv Films and T-Series Films.
The film which also features Dimple Kapadia, Boney Kapoor and others is set to release on Holi, March 8, 2023.
