Vivo X21i with MediaTek Helio P60 Spotted on GeekBench, Vivo X21 UD coming to India

Earlier this year, Vivo had launched the Vivo X21 and X21 UD smartphones powered by Snapdragon 660 processor in China. Now the company seems to be working on a MediaTek Helio P60 powered edition of the smartphone. The Vivo X21i powered by Helio P60 has been spotted on GeekBench.

On GeekBench, the Vivo X21i has scored 1,499 in single-core and 5,777 in multi-core tests. As per the listing, the smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system and powered by ARMMT6771V/C which refers to the MediaTek Helio P60 SoC coupled with 6 GB of RAM.

Sadly, there is no further information available on the other specifications, pricing and the availability of the device. However, it is expected to feature the same specs and design.

In a separate leak, the Vivo X21 UD with an in-display fingerprint sensor is all set to debut in the Indian market. As per reported by PhoneRadar, the smartphone comes with the price tag of Rs. 34,990 and will be launch in India by the end of this month.

Talking about the specifications, the Vivo X21 runs on FunTouch OS 4.0 based on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system. It features a 6.28” Full HD+ (2280 x 1080 pixels) 19:9 Super AMOLED display with 90.3% screen-to-body ratio. The smartphone is powered by a 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 512 GPU. It offers 6GB of RAM and 64GB /128GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card.

For photography, the Vivo X21 comes equipped with a dual rear camera setup with a combination of a 12MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, Samsung 2L9 sensor with Dual Pixel technology and a 5Mp secondary sensor with f/2.4 aperture. It has AI scene recognition that can automatically detect 17 scenes. On the front, it has a 12MP camera with f/2.0 aperture; it comes with artificial intelligence and Vivo’s own Rubiks Cube technology.

The Vivo X21 is fueled by a 3,200mAh battery. Connectivity options include Dual-SIM support, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual-band Wi-Fi (2X2MIMO), Bluetooth v5, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and micro USB port. The phone also supports face unlock feature and AK4376A Hi-Fi chip for an enhanced audio experience. It measures 154.45 × 74.78 × 7.37mm and weight: 156.2 grams.
